Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the business intelligence strategy in ELECTRIFICATION. Each day, you will manage the action plan to achieve key qualitative and quantitative targets and to ensure deep market understanding and data-based decision-making. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Business Intelligence department.

This role is contributing to the Commercial Operations / Sales Operations and Product Management function in Global Markets. Main stakeholders are Product Management, Commercial Operations, Sales teams, distributors, and global business stakeholders.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Overseeing data collection and providing sound business and competitor intelligence analyses of internal sales, technical and financial data, and external market data and trends.
- Leading the development of comprehensive sales analyses regarding channels, segments, geographic areas, customers, products, systems, and services, to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Informing the management of market research and analysis results focused on identifying existing gaps or new growth opportunities.
- Ensuring high-quality synthesis and analysis of business and competitor intelligence data, providing in-depth understanding and insights relevant to business decisions.
- Driving pricing analysis strategies to ensure market competitiveness and business profitability.
- Leading forecasting and demand planning activities in alignment with distributors and key stakeholders to optimize inventory levels and lead times.
- Supporting data-driven commercial decisions through business intelligence tools, CRM platforms, and advanced analytics solutions.

Qualifications for the role- You are highly skilled in Business Intelligence tools, pricing analysis methodologies, CRM systems, sales forecasting, and data analytics within the industrial/commercial operations market.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Pricing Strategy, and Forecast Planning.
- You have 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or related analytical roles.
- Possess enhanced knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, Excel Advanced (including macros), Python, and AI-driven analytics platforms.
- You are passionate about cross-functional collaboration, leadership in business reviews and meetings, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in market analysis, profitability optimization, inventory management, pricing strategy, and forecasting processes.
- You are at ease communicating in advanced English with global stakeholders and multicultural teams.
- Experience working in global and highly collaborative environments with frequent interaction across regions and functions.
