Employee Resource Groups at ABB

At ABB, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led communities that champion diversity, foster inclusion, and celebrate the unique perspectives that make us stronger together.

Our Pride ERG is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Through advocacy, education, and community-building, the group helps raise awareness and deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ experiences—both within ABB and beyond.
