🧠 About the role
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for driving product growth and market activation across the Benelux, with a balanced focus:
👉 ~50% Netherlands | ~50% Belgium
You operate at the intersection of product management, sales and marketing, translating service solutions into compelling value propositions for customers in industry, data centers and utilities.
📍 Primary locations: Rotterdam (NL) & Diegem (BE)
🏡 Work model: Hybrid (office, customers & home working)
🕒 Contract: Full‑time (40 hours)
✈️ Travel: Frequent within the Netherlands and Belgium (average 1–2 days per week)
You report to the Sales & Marketing Manager Electrification Service and work closely with both Dutch and Belgian sales teams, as well as global product marketing colleagues.
💡 What you will be working on
Product growth & portfolio management
Drive product growth strategies across the Benelux market
Manage and optimize the local Electrification Service portfolio
Identify market-specific opportunities and gaps in NL and BE
Provide structured feedback to global product management
Improve performance of underperforming products
Market insights
Monitor competitors, pricing and trends in both countries
Lead annual market analyses (TAM, SAM, market share) for Benelux
Translate local insights into actionable strategies
New Product Introductions (NPI)
Coordinate product launches across the Netherlands and Belgium
Align rollout strategies with both markets
Train and support sales teams in NL & BE
Localize marketing materials for different audiences
Support CPQ configurator implementations
Market activation & campaigns
Drive localized campaigns for both countries
Support account-based marketing and installed-base growth
Contribute to and lead customer events in NL and BE
Pricing & data quality
Manage Benelux pricing strategies and price lists
Ensure consistency between both markets
Improve data quality and transparency in SAP systems

✅ What you bring
You are a hands-on product marketer who enjoys working across markets and cultures.
Must-haves
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
3–5 years of experience in product marketing (industrial/technical environment)
Experience working in a multinational context
Strong analytical and structured mindset
Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice-to-haves
French language skills (strong asset for Belgian market)
Knowledge of low- or medium-voltage installations
Background in service, project engineering or automation
Experience working across multiple countries or regions
