This position reports to:
Manager - Global TA Operations__
Job Responsibility:
Executes and delivers Talent Acquisition services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
Provides on-demand reports related to business processes where required.
Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding TA services related topics and delivers support across one or several country(ies)/business areas
Supports cross-collaboration within Talent Acquisition and with other teams, such as HREX or HR Services to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies.
Operates with integrity and ensuring quality in every step. Supports other team members with defined tasks and knowledge transfer.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree, 3 to 5 years in HR service, recruitment or talent function.
Experience with talent sourcing and talent pooling tools linke CRM or LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong ownership and quality sense, a good team player with excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Chinese and English, both oral and written
