This position reports to:
Hub Manager_IMEA__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leads the Operations function at the HUB level, with a focus on coordinating and aligning processes across HUBs and business Local divisions
You will also define and drive the HUB operating model to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency across the value chain, including planning and fulfillment, procurement, logistics, quality, and project execution.
The role ensures cross-HUB collaboration, harmonization of business processes, and the deployment of common tools and systems. It acts as a HUB integrator, providing guidance, governance, and performance management to local execution units in the Automation and Engineering industry, particularly in Energy industries Automation.

This role is contributing to Automation Business (IMEA HUB) based in Bangalore, India
You will be mainly accountable for:
Defines, aligns, and continuously improves the customer-focused Operations strategy in line with HUB organizational objectives.
Ensures consistent execution of Operations strategy across HUBs and business Local divisions in collaboration with regional and local units.
Accountable for an effective and sustainable end-to-end value chain, from supplier to customer, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Owns and drives achievement of HUB operational KPIs, including quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
Coordinates HUB project execution practices, ensuring governance, risk management, and support for local execution teams. Accountable for operational risk management framework and for ensuring resilience and effectiveness of business operations.
Defines and implements quality assurance and continuous improvement practices across Local divisions promoting transparency and accountability.
Coordinates with OPCs (Operations Centers) on demand forecasting, strategy enhancement, and alignment with HUB objectives.
Deploys HUB tools, digital solutions, and process standards to enable efficiency and operational excellence and support the planning and allocation of resources across Local divisions to optimize workload balance and ensure scalability.

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; an automation engineering background is strongly preferred.
15+ years of experience in similar complex setups – Energy industry experience with Automation background is Must-Have.
Prior responsibility for overseeing a HUB business or engineering business operations of approximately $ 500 million, spanning complex solutions, services, and products in the Automation and Engineering industry, including Energy Industries Automation.
Proven ability to operate within a matrix organization where profit and loss (P&L) accountability resides in the Local Divisions while this HUB function provides coordination and guidance.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams of experts in quality, engineering, project management, and technical domains
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
