Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will support and enhance ABB's Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) services, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient data protection operations across the enterprise.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Operate, manage and optimize Microsoft Purview DLP and related data protection solutions.
• Design, implement, test and maintain DLP policies and controls aligned with business, compliance and security requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, manage exceptions and support DLP adoption.
• Partner with DLP Incident Response, Security Operations, Compliance, Infrastructure and Application teams on incident handling, policy tuning and remediation.
• Manage DLP incidents, KPIs and SLA performance to improve security effectiveness and reduce risk.
• Support incident, problem and change management activities following ITIL best practices.
• Maintain DLP documentation, standards, operational procedures and governance records.
• Support testing, pilot deployments, rollouts, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and adopt new Microsoft Purview, AI Security and Data Protection capabilities.

Qualifications for the role

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Data Protection, Information Protection, DLP, or Security Operations.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Purview DLP, Data Loss Prevention, Data Classification, and Information Protection.
