This position reports to:

Manufacturing Unit Manager

• /维修技术工作，确保设备设施处于良好的运行状态。

• 负责公司生产设备的日常维修，各类故障的及时处理排除工作
• 负责制定设备维护保养内容，并执行定期预防性设备保养计划
• 负责制定设备大修技术内容及具体的执行工作
• 负责组织和协调，完成设备相关的安全改造和升级工作
• 负责设备相关的内外部审核配合与协调工作
• 确保设备符合相关安全规定，对于新设备应及时辨别其新的职业健康安全因素、并将该信息及时反馈给安全部门。负责对自制、新装或大修的特种设备上的安全附件作技术检查与鉴定。
• 参与新设备引进技术研究及评估，从设备维修角度提出创新思路。

Education Background

机电一体化或电气专业本科以上学历

Working Experience

3年或以上各类自动化设备或生产线的维护和维修工作经验，熟悉西门子/三菱PLC系统调试和诊断工作，了解各类数控设备、数控冲床、数控折弯机原理和构造，了解ABB机器人编程和相关维护工作。

Position Knowledge/Skills

• 基机械制图，机械原理，机械制造工艺，气动和液压原理，电气传动，电机与拖动。计算机应用，电气安全。
• 数控设备原理与控制技术，传感器与检测技术，PLC原理及相关应用技术，伺服控制系统技术，设备现场总线技术与应用，西门子/倍福数控系统，工业机器人技术。

• 良好的英语读写和口语能力
