Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and modify the standard designs of equipment, systems, or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction, using standard design concepts. Each day, you will design engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to contract specifications. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary.


You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Work with project management department to clarify and define order information.                                                                              
  • Make product(Generator: Shaft generator,Datacenter, Steam and gas turbines, Diesel and gas engines,etc.) outline drawing, connection drawing and other customer drawings and techanical documentation, guarantee timeliness and high quality.                                                                                   
  • Do detailed mechanical design of generator components, provide all kinds of required drawings and documents, guarantee timeliness and high quality.                                                                                        
  • Use engineering specific design software, generate and maintain bill of materials, guarantee the integrity of material information required by order fulfillment process.                                                                                 
  • Deal with engineering change and other accidental incidents, support the production process in time.                                                                                       
  • Provide technical support to Production, Purchasing, Sourcing and Service  ect.                                                                                             
  • Communicate with R&D colleagues to get support and to work out solutions for uncertain technical issues.                                                                              
  • Provide training regarding mechanical design for whole team.                                                                   
  • Other assignment by the company relative to own mechanica design. 


Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
  • Professional Capability: At least 3 years of experience in engineering and technical design, proficient in motor/generator design, manufacturing process, and technical optimization
  • Proficient in using engineering design software (e.g., CAD), familiar with motor design, manufacturing process, and technical troubleshooting;
  • Strong cross-departmental collaboration and coordination capabilities
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to draft and review English technical documents
  • Rigorous work attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to promote project implementation efficiently;
