We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our Low Voltage Switchgear unit as a Production Supervisor. The main responsibility of this role is to organize work within the assigned production area.

Location: Brno, Heršpická 13; during 2026, relocation to a new modern facility in Blučina (Brno area).

Work model: onsite

This position is contributing to the ELSP Division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing work in the assigned LV switchgear assembly production area

• Managing and evaluating employees within the assigned section (approx. 40 employees)

• Monitoring adherence to production deadlines

• Ensuring compliance with production procedures and technological discipline

• Responsibility for workplace cleanliness and organization (6S)

• Close cooperation with the Production Manager and colleagues in engineering, technology, and assembly

Requirements:

• Secondary school or vocational education in a technical field

• Previous experience in manufacturing and team management is an advantage

• PC skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook; SAP is a plus)

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation

• Basic knowledge of English

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Responsible and reliable work approach

• Flexibility and accountability
