Your Role and Responsibilities

You will assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems, ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment. You will partecipate in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Conducting quality control tests and protocols on incoming materials to ensure product compliance with requirements and customer expectations.

• Supporting quality activities across supplier, production, testing, and engineering functions within the organization.

• Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.

• Collaborating with Supplier Quality Engineers to improve suppliers’ quality (supporting the research of root causes of non-conformances and relevant corrective actions)

Qualifications for the Role

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in the MV electromechanical environment.

• You are passionate about collaborative, solution-focused approach. With strong written and spoken communication skills.

• Extensive knowledge of quality tools, KPIs, digital skills and mechanical testing procedure.

• Innovative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement approach

• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken
