Your role and responsibilities

At ABB, we help industries operate more efficiently, safely, and sustainably. ABB’s Measurement & Analytics division is a global leader in industrial measurement and analytical solutions, delivering innovative technologies that improve process performance, reliability, and sustainability.

We are looking for a new team member to join our Measurement & Analytics team and drive business development and sales of ABB’s instrumentation portfolio, including flow, pressure, temperature and level measurement solutions, positioners, actuators and service offerings, while building long-term relationships with industrial customers across the Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie and Podkarpackie regions.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Develop sales and actively identify new business opportunities within the assigned region

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets

  • Collaborate with ABB’s technical and project teams to deliver optimal customer solutions and represent ABB at industry events and conferences

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial solution sales, or a similar role

  • Knowledge of industrial automation and/or instrumentation products will be considered an advantage

  • Proven ability to build business relationships and conduct commercial negotiations

  • Proactive approach to business development and a results-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken

  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
