Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the sales of ABB Motion Drive Products within the assigned market, aligned with the business strategy and growth objectives. You will be responsible for achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable growth in orders, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. By leveraging your technical and commercial expertise, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver innovative drive solutions that help customers improve energy efficiency, productivity, and operational performance..

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Product Business in Indonesia and to be located in Surabaya.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial automation, motion, drives, motor, or related electrical equipment industries.
• Strong understanding of variable speed drives, motor control solutions, and industrial applications is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships in B2B environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
