Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Building business in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• 负责嵌入式设备 Android 系统架构设计、AOSP ROM 裁剪，移除冗余服务，优化系统启动速度，实现毫秒级的 UI 响应速度与系统稳定性。
• 负责 Android Launcher 的开发与定制，并实现开机自启、多窗口管理、系统级 UI 定制，构建高性能、适配多种尺寸屏幕的智能终端界面。
• 负责编写高性能 C/C++ 或 Rust 系统组件，处理 FFI 插件及跨语言调用。
• 负责协议集成，参与 Matter、Zigbee、PLC 等智能家居协议在 Android 系统中的集成与测试，确保端到端通信的稳定性。
• 负责 AI 流程集成，深度参与“AI 原生”开发流，利用 AI 工具提升代码质量，并探索端侧 AI 模型的集成落地。

Qualifications for the role

• 5 年及以上 Android 系统架构设计与开发经验，精通 Android 架构，具备 AOSP 源码编译、裁剪及系统组件定制经验；熟悉 Binder、HIDL/AIDL、JNI 等底层通信机制。
• 具备 Android 启动器（Launcher）的深度定制经验，熟悉 WMS 及 SurfaceFlinger 机制，能解决多尺寸屏幕适配及系统级交互性能问题。
• 熟悉SIP通话/RTP传输/音视频编解码，有楼宇对讲系统开发和设计经验优先
• 熟练掌握 Java/Kotlin 及 C/C++，具备 Rust、Flutter/Dart 相关开发经验优先。
• 对 Matter、Zigbee、PLC 或 RS-485 等协议有一定了解，有智能家居中控或工业手持终端开发背景者优先。
• 掌握 AI 工作流、Agent 设计、Skill 设计等，对端侧 LLM（大模型）推理及应用集成有相关经验者优先
