Hvad kan du komme til at arbejde med?

Afhængigt af din baggrund og interesse kan opgaverne ligge inden for ét eller flere af følgende områder:

• Service, vedligehold og fejlfinding på elektrisk udstyr
• Retrofit, opgraderinger og systemudvidelser
• Idriftsættelse og teknisk support hos kunder
• Drives, motorer og frekvensomformere
• Lav- og mellemspændingsudstyr (relæer, service på transformere, brydere, UPS-anlæg etc.)
• Programmering af procescontrollere og konfigurering af SCADA-systemer
• Marine- og industriløsninger
• instrumentering og måleteknik (fx installation, tilslutning og fejlfinding)

Arbejdet foregår primært ude hos kunder og kan indebære rejseaktivitet – afhængigt af rolle og team. Alt efter hvilket forretningsområde rollen er forankret i, vil du få stillet en servicebil til rådighed, så du er godt udstyret i hverdagen. Stillingen indgår som udgangspunkt i en vagtordning, som dækker de fleste roller og områder, hvor du vil indgå i et rul sammen med dine kollegaer. Den konkrete vagtordning afhænger dog af forretningsområde.

Kvalifikationer til rollen

• Du udfører altid dit arbejde med respekt for både din egen og andres sikkerhed.
• El-teknisk baggrund som fx maskinmester, elektriker, el-installatør, eller lignende.
• Kunne analysere en teknisk problemstilling og rådgive kunden, så de får den optimale løsning.
• Gode kommunikationsevner og evnen til at skabe en god og tæt dialog med mange forskellige mennesker.
• Du viser engagement i arbejdet og tager ejerskab for dine opgaver, så de bliver færdiggjort korrekt.
• Fortrolig med at afslutte dine opgaver, herunder udfyldelse af servicerapporter og dokumentation som en naturlig del af arbejdsdagen.
• Proceskendskab, f.eks. fra industrien eller forsyningsbranchen.
• Interesse for at udforske nye områder og udvikle dig. Du behøver derfor ikke have mange års erfaring, så længe du blot har branchekendskab og har erfaring med el-materiel.

What Can You Work With?

Depending on your background and interests, tasks may fall within one or more of the following areas:

• Service, maintenance, and diagnosis of electrical equipment
• Retrofit projects, upgrades and system expansions
• Commissioning and technical support at customer sites
• Drives, motors and frequency converters
• Low- and medium-voltage equipment (relays, transformer service, circuit breakers, UPS systems, etc.)
• Programming of process controllers and configuration of SCADA systems
• Marine and industrial solutions
• Instrumentation and measurement technology (e.g. installation, connection and troubleshooting)

The work is primarily carried out at customer sites and may involve travel, depending on the role and team. Depending on which business area the role is anchored in, you will be provided with a service vehicle to ensure you are well equipped for your day-to-day work. As a general rule, the position includes participation in an on-call rotation, which applies to most roles and areas, where you will take part in a shared roster with your colleagues. The specific on-call arrangement, however, depends on the business area.

As we recruit service technicians across several different areas, it is important that you clearly state in your application/CV:

• Which service area you are primarily interested in.
• Which skills and experience you bring.
• Where in the country you would like to be based. You will often start your day from home.
• Whether you are open to travel – nationally and/or internationally.

This helps us quickly match you with the right opportunities.

 

Qualifications for the Role

• You always work with consideration and respect for your own safety and the safety of others.
• An electrical/technical background such as marine engineer, electrician, electrical installer, or similar.
• The ability to analyse technical issues and advise customers to ensure the best possible solution.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build close and constructive dialogue with many different stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with a clear commitment to completing your tasks.
• Comfortable completing tasks from start to finish, including service reports and documentation as a natural part of your workday.
• Process knowledge, e.g. from the industrial or utilities sector.
• An interest in exploring new areas and developing your skills. You do not need many years of experience, as long as you have industry knowledge and experience working with electrical equipment.
