Your role and responsibilities

As a Student Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our AI transformation journey. You will work in the intersection of technology, communication, and user enablement, helping make AI tools accessible and useful in everyday work.

You will collaborate closely with our business unit to consolidate, test, and qualify AI tools, while helping The AI team to create a structured AI training program for our key users. Your work will contribute directly to strengthening internal AI adoption and supporting our strategic roadmap.

This role is ideal if you are interested in how AI can be translated into practical value for people and the business – not just how it works technically.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support the AI team I setting up AI Develop program for the AI ambassadors in our organization.

  • Explore, test, and evaluate AI tools across different business functions.

  • Translate AI capabilities into simple, user-friendly formats and clear communication.

  • Prepare documentation, demos, and internal training materials.

  • Present AI tools and findings to teams across the organization.

  • Support our AI ways of working and contribute to embedding an AI-driven culture.

  • Collaborate with the AI management team to prepare business cases.

  • Assist in aligning AI initiatives with our internal transformation roadmap.

Qualifications for the role

  • Currently studying within IT, Software Engineering, Data Science – or a related field such as Communication, Digital Media, Business, or similar with a strong interest in AI and technology.

  • You do not need to be a developer, but you are curious about how AI tools work and how they can be applied in practice.

  • Curious, structured, and eager to work hands-on with AI tools.

  • Comfortable presenting and explaining tools in a clear and engaging way.

  • Outgoing and proactive with a desire to help others succeed.

  • Able to work independently and drive smaller tasks from idea to execution.

  • Strong communication skills and an interest in making complex topics easy to understand.

  • Motivated to contribute to internal AI adoption and practical tool deployment.
