• Experience three job rotations within 12 months, gaining in-depth exposure to the working environment of ABB Electrification

Job Description:

• Your role is related to product market analysis and business development
• In accordance with company strategy, conduct market analysis and business development activities for designated markets covering relevant products/systems/services, assist the sales team in accurately identifying customer needs and proactively exploring business opportunities, with a particular focus on digitalization solution opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Less than 3 years of work experience; degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or other engineering disciplines
• Excellent English communication skills; fluency or proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Analytical and goal-oriented mindset and approach
• Determined personality with a strong focus on solutions
• Highly curious, communicative, and collaborative team player
• Strong sense of initiative and self-awareness
• Highly adaptable and flexible across different styles, situations and cultures
