Must have Skills :Software License ManagementGood to Have Skills : ServiceNow ITSM Software Asset Management (SAM)Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities :1 Manage the delivery of multiple software license compliance reviews to agreed timeframes and budgets;2 Work with end users to assist in the data collection process enabling a smooth and efficient end to end review process that meets our client timescales;3 Drive progress of SAM engagements resolution of compliance issues4 Deliver information to Customers on best licensing practices to enhance knowledge and understandingTechnical Experience :1 An understanding of scan tools used to manage software deployment SCCM, CMDB, RV Tools, Map Toolkit, etc;2 Must have Knowledge on Microsoft, Adobe from Tier 2 or Tier 3 publishers ;3 Understanding of Licensing, maintenance and support elements of agreements; and4 Fair understanding of enterprise / server estate configuration4 A technical understanding of networks, the use of licensed software and software deployment;Professional Attributes :1 Excellent communication skills verbal written; 2 Advanced analytical skills using Excel or other software tools3 Strong project management and delegation skills, meeting and enforcing deadlinesEducational Qualification:Degree in IT or Business-related discipline;Additional Info :Flexible shift timing
