ACCOUNT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL (CLUB MARINE) - Adelaide, SA

About the role

The main purpose of this role is to maximise revenue from a set number of Partner accounts in order to achieve agreed revenue targets / sales quotas and ensure complete Partner satisfaction when dealing with the organisation.

 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and meet client objectives.
• Monitor account performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and contractual obligations.

 

About you

 

• Proven experience in account management or client servicing roles. A passion for boating and the marine lifestyle, or previous marine industry experience, will be highly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Proven broker experience is essential, with a strong understanding of broker distribution channels and relationships.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to support client growth.
• Able to travel across the state and have weekend availability.
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
