Program Overview
The Allianz Externship is a 2‑day learning and selection program designed for individuals exploring a career in financial advisory and sales. This program provides a structured introduction to Allianz Malaysia, our customer-focused approach, and the opportunities for a career with Allianz for those with an entrepreneurial mindset. 

Program Highlights

• Exposure to two fast‑paced career pathways within Allianz Malaysia
• Hands‑on learning sessions with industry practitioners
• Direct insights into sales, customer engagement, and advisory work
• Networking opportunities with leaders from both the Direct Team and Agency force
• Interview and selection session on the final day

What We're Looking For

We welcome applicants who:

• Are interested in building a sales-driven or advisory career
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy engaging with people
• Demonstrate strong communication and a drive to succeed
• Are fresh graduates, final-year students, or early-career professionals seeking a dynamic work environment
• Familiar with the use of AI tools like ChatGPT for tasks simplication
