• Good knowledge in Insurance Accounting
• Bachelors / Masters Degree preferably in Finance
• At least 4-6 years of professional experience
• Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis and data quality checks
• Solid Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills
• Good understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
• Very high analytical skills
• Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge
• Independent and self-organized. High level of perseverance
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint

 Desirable skills

• VBA experience is an advantage
• Experience with SAC (SAP Analytical Cloud), SAP FI and SAP BW for fetching required reports
• Flare towards process improvements, data quality monitoring and data analysis
• Familiar with Agile methodologies

 Overall Objectives of Job

• Analyse the data models and data harmonization logic
• Involve in financial data analysis and end to end reconciliations between different financial systems
• Support financial closing & production processes
• Contribute in BAU units by providing analysis on the issues reported by the end user (e.g. Accounting, Planning and Actuarial departments)
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams and Agile Release Trains to improve processes, implement changes and leverage processes related to the finance systems
• Take part on events cadenced by the SAFe Agile framework like stand-up meetings and SAFE Agile ceremonies
