Care Advisor - French IGO

Ireland , Dublin
Full-time

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service across cultures and languages? Join Allianz Partners as a Customer Care Advisor and become the first point of contact for clients around the world - including individual policyholders, brokers, and medical providers. Based full-time at our Dublin office, you will play a vital role in supporting customers through some of their most critical moments - from routine cover queries to complex medical coordination cases. This is a full-time, permanent role operating on a rotating shift pattern, with an initial six-month on-site period followed by a hybrid working arrangement.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to client queries regarding cover, claims, hospitalisation, and complaints, delivering accurate and empathetic support across multiple communication channels
  • Commit to the department's service standards, including a 24-hour turnaround for all written communications and a target call abandon rate of 2%
  • Manage your daily assigned workload alongside ad hoc assignments, ensuring timely follow-up on individual cases
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to clients across a wide range of international health insurance products
  • Assist the in-house medical team in coordinating client hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations, and other complex cases as required
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that drives client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless case management and a consistent client experience
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly in line with our standards of data governance, security, and ethical use

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in an administrative or contact centre capacity
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, pressurised environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with CRM or case management systems is a plus
  • Solid data management skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of policy and customer data accurately
  • Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a distinct advantage)
  • Flexibility to work within rotating shift patterns
  • Valid EU work permit with the ability to work full-time year-round
  • Willingness to be based on-site at our Dublin office full-time for the first six months; hybrid working is available thereafter - candidates must therefore be based in or willing to relocate to Dublin
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and a curiosity for leveraging technology to improve customer outcomes

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working model - full-time on-site for the first six months, transitioning to a hybrid arrangement thereafter
  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage through Allianz Partners
  • Company pension scheme
  • Paid annual leave plus public holidays
  • Employee wellness programme and access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities, including access to Allianz's global training resources
  • A multicultural, inclusive working environment where over 50 languages are spoken across our teams
  • Career development pathways within Allianz Partners and the wider Allianz Group
