About the Role

Are you passionate about helping people when they need it most? Join our team as a Claims Consultant - Home Repairs, where you'll play a critical role in supporting customers through the home insurance claims journey-turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end property claims, coordinating repairs and working closely with customers, builders, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of home insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement
• Coordinate repair works with builders, trades and suppliers
• Provide clear, empathetic communication to customers during what can be a stressful time
• Assess claims in line with policy coverage and make informed decisions
• Monitor repair progress, ensuring quality, cost and time expectations are met
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, assessors and external partners
• Identify risks, resolve issues and deliver outstanding service outcomes

What You'll Bring

• Experience in claims, insurance, construction, or property (preferred but not essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Confidence making decisions and negotiating outcomes
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
