Claims Quality & Support Officer

We're looking for a detail-oriented Claims Quality & Support Officer to help drive excellence across our health and medical claims operations.

In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing claims decisions, supporting quality assurance activities, and helping ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards. You'll work closely with claims teams to promote accuracy, consistency, and outstanding customer outcomes.

As our business continues to evolve through digital transformation, enhanced automation, and data-driven decision making, you'll play an important role in supporting continuous improvement and quality excellence across our claims operations.

 

What you'll be doing

• Conduct quality reviews and audits of medical claims processing and adjudication activities.
• Assess claims decisions against established policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to Claims Agents to support quality and performance outcomes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Identify quality trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and customer outcomes.
• Support the adoption of evolving digital tools, reporting capabilities, and quality frameworks.

 

What you'll bring

• Experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within:
• Health Insurance
• Medical Claims
• Quality Assurance
• Audit or Compliance functions
• Strong knowledge of medical claims processes and adjudication practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Confidence working with digital systems and adapting to new technologies and ways of working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• A continuous improvement mindset and passion for delivering high-quality customer outcomes.
