Allianz Partners is strengthening its Compliance capability at a critical point of growth and regulatory change. This role has been created to support the core Compliance Function in performing Compliance Quality Assurance activities in line with internal and external requirements across all entities.
This is a delivery-focused Compliance role. The emphasis is on contributing to a variety of Compliance Governance and Compliance Quality Assurance related tasks including some or all of the following: monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of business functions' processes for performing steering and/or governance tasks, analyze operational incidents to identify potential Compliance Risks and to prevent non-adherence to External Requirements and/or Internal Corporate Rules, perform Risk Assessment procedures, prepare Compliance Reporting, discover innovative ways to improve the Compliance Management System.
You will work closely with international managers across several lines of business and jurisdictions, and will be expected to deliver stakeholder-customized communication, and drive tangible outcomes.
Reporting functionally to the Allianz Partners Compliance Governance Manager, you will be part of a virtual international team - taking into consideration local regulations, Allianz Partners' internal rules and Allianz Group requirements.

Proficiency in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT and technologies to enhance productivity and drive innovative solutions in daily tasks is essential for this role.
