The Health Claims Officer is responsible for the efficient handling of health insurance claims related to group insurance policies, ensuring high quality customer service, accuracy and compliance with company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and process health claims according to standard procedures.
• Meet company service standards and agreed SLAs.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams.
• Support team productivity and service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years' experience in customer-focused or insurance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Eligible to work in the country of operations

• AI Related skills: GenAI or AI, Data Analysis, (Microsoft) Copilot, ChatGPT
