Key responsibilities

  • Support the Product Owner of the SAS Decommissioning service across the project lifecycle
  • Assist with resource and cost controlling - cost and capacity tracking, budget monitoring and management reporting
  • Support Change Management efforts for SAS decommissioning, including stakeholder communications, training support, adoption tracking, and business readiness activities
  • Support legal and data privacy activities - documentation, stakeholder coordination and maintaining compliance records
  • Contribute to Responsible AI initiatives - helping to apply governance guidelines and preparing related documentation
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards and analyses for management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams within the Data & AI Transformation Team

 

Key requirements

  • Enrolled student in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • Initial experience with or strong interest in data, AI and digital transformation topics
  • Confident in Jira, Confluence and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) is a plus
  • Interest in AI governance, data privacy and regulatory/compliance topics
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • A proactive, structured and reliable way of working, and a collaborative team player
  • Fluent in English and German 

 

 

You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
