We're looking for a Large Loss Repair Administrator to join our high‑performing team and play a key role in delivering efficient, customer-centric and technology-enabled claims outcomes.

About the Role

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of property repair claims end‑to‑end, working closely with builders and trades to deliver outstanding results.

You'll leverage insight-led decision making, performance analytics, and smart process optimisation to drive improvements in cost, service delivery, and turnaround times.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage insurance repair claims across their full lifecycle
• Partner with builders and trades to ensure KPI performance, accountability, and quality outcomes
• Use data insights and reporting dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive cost optimisation and efficiency gains across repair processes
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear, empathetic communication
• Resolve issues and complaints with a solution-focused, agile mindset
• Support compliance with WHS and industry regulations (GICOP)
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

What You Bring

• 2+ years' experience in property claims or insurance
• Strong understanding of end-to-end claims management
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to use multiple systems and adapt to digital platforms and emerging technologies
• High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset
• Confident communicator who can influence and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Understanding of WHS requirements in the building/repair space (desirable)
• Desktop assessing or repair management experience (advantageous)
