• Impact Analysis & Feasibility Modeling: Conduct operational and financial simulations, scenario analyses, and cost-benefit evaluations to assess proposed business rules or program changes.

• Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market practices, and peer channel dynamics to maintain the effectiveness and competitiveness of agency operations.

2. Strategic Project Management & Execution

• Project Delivery: Lead key agency initiatives and organizational projects from design to implementation, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align project goals and resolve operational friction.

• Change Management & Field Support: Develop rollout communication, training materials, and explainer guides to support field implementation and smooth business transitions.

3. Performance Analytics & Strategy Tracking

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (e.g., active agents, productivity, retention, and product mix) to track project outcomes and strategic impact.

• Analytics & Reporting: Conduct data analyses to identify operational trends, measure project ROI, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. 

Others: Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
