What do we expect you to bring?

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Insurance/Banking, or related analytical and administrative fields.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in product management and process design within the insurance sector (experience in Retail Motor and Non-Motor business lines is highly preferred).
• Hands-on experience in working with software engineering/IT teams.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (SQL, KNIME, Power BI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of cutting-edge tech applications (AI/ML, automated workflows) is a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of insurance regulations, general conditions, and specific policy terms/clauses.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to complex problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Continuous learner with a proactive, curious, and self-starter attitude.
• Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?

• Designing and implementing all requirements in an agile working environment, ranging from new product development to the improvement of existing individual products.

• Following sector needs and global trends, proposing innovative solutions, and bringing them to life.

• Managing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders across all processes.

• Monitoring business processes during the product development phase and preparing the necessary documentation.

• Ensuring the accurate and complete execution of business rules across all stages, while conducting monitoring and reporting activities.

• Performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for products.

• Executing and managing tasks and initiatives interconnected with the Allianz Group.

• Supporting product backlog management and preparing user story content.
