Process Transformation Associate

 

 

What you do:

 

Our Process Transformation Office implements interoperability among our departments and processes, and offers effective solutions ensuring more flexible use of resources, enhancing harmonisation and know-how transfer. As part of this team, you will:

 

• Run workstreams independently.
• Structure problems and synthesize insights.
• Support business case development.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into analytics requirements.
• Support AI use case design and validation.

 

What you bring:

 

• MSc or BSc degree
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience at a consulting company: Consulting or strong analytical product background
• Structured thinker, hands-on executor
• High quality oral and written communication skills
• Active negotiation-level English and Hungarian
