Senior Software Engineer (DEVOPS ENGINEER)_3092

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, automating CI/CD pipelines, and deploying scalable applications using modern DevOps tools and practices. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems while driving continuous improvement in our development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kubernetes & Helm:
    • Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
    • Create and manage Helm charts for application packaging and deployment.
    • Optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):
    • Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using best practices.
    • Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies.
    • Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost.
  • CI/CD Pipelines:
    • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
    • Automate build, test, and deployment processes for faster delivery cycles.
    • Ensure seamless integration of code changes into production environments.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform):
    • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
    • Manage version-controlled infrastructure configurations for consistency and repeatability.
  • Monitoring & Observability (Dynatrace):
    • Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace.
    • Analyze performance metrics and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
    • Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks and failures.
  • Collaboration & Documentation:
    • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
    • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or related roles

    Technical Expertise:

      • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration.
      • Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
      • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
      • Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
      • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or similar solutions.
    • Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
    • Version Control: Experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
    • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

    Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

    • Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
    • Knowledge of service mesh technologies
    • Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps and cloud environments.
    • Certification in AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
    • Exposure to AI tools is an add-on advantage.
