  • Define enterprise architecture principles, roadmaps, standards and reusable patterns aligned to business strategy.
  • Lead architecture governance, design reviews and architecture decision management across complex technology portfolios.
  • Assess technology risk, security/compliance impact and technical debt; define practical remediation roadmaps.
  • Guide cloud transformation, platform modernisation, observability and operational-excellence initiatives.
  • Shape integration strategies covering APIs, services, event-driven patterns and cross-platform interoperability.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and mentor architects/engineering teams through design trade-offs and execution.
  • Strong experience in Enterprise, Solution or Technology Architecture roles within complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to architect and govern distributed, scalable, secure and resilient enterprise platforms.
  • Deep understanding of architecture governance, ADRs, technology lifecycle management and architecture documentation.
  • Hands-on background with cloud platforms, microservices, integration technologies, APIs and DevOps practices.
  • Strong awareness of security, compliance, resilience, observability and operational risk in regulated environments.

            Qualification & Experience:

 

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree
  • 15+ years of technology leadership across enterprise systems, architecture governance and modernisation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, SaaS, Healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Exposure to global platforms supporting multiple regions, business domains, products or customer groups.
  • Track record of modernising legacy estates, reducing technical debt and establishing reusable technology blueprints.
  • Experience leading architecture discussions across distributed teams and senior governance forums.
  • Experience with large enterprise systems, complex integration landscapes and globally distributed platforms will be advantage
  • Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.
