Roles & Responsibilities

 

Maintain knowledge and hands-on experience in OneTrust, specifically in the Privacy and AI Governance modules.

Support Local Data Protection Officers (DPOs) in day-to-day Data Privacy matters and related tasks as and when required.

Assist Business Owners in navigating and utilizing the AI Governance module within OneTrust.

Provide support in reviewing and maintaining Data Privacy Policy Frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Prepare and review Data Privacy-related templates in accordance with business needs and applicable data protection standards.

Support Business Owners in updating and reviewing RoPAs/PIAs as and when required.

Assist Business Owners in requesting AI Governance module access rights through GIAM.

Conduct Vendor Assessments with the focus on compliance with data processing agreements and effective implementation of the agreed technical and organizational measures.

Monitor and respond to the emails from the Central Privacy and Central AI mailboxes.
