JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The candidate will play an active role in the tariff and underwriting deployment, ensuring the competitiveness, optimizing time to market and with special focus both on tools performance and on adaptability of develompents.

KEY TASKS

• Implementation of tariff components into the pricing tool
• Implementation of underwriting components
• Scenario Testing analysis to evaluate the impact of different tariffs
  on portfolio performance and to verify the effectiveness of the introduced measures
• Development and maintenance of features and products, rating factors and reports based on relevant KPI's
• Data exploration analysis using internal and external sources
• Data collection and preparation for ad hoc analysis
• Collaboration with other business functions

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 1-4 years proven experience in Insurance Company/Consultancy Firms with focus on Data/Pricing
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineer, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Knowledge in Wills Tower Watson pricing suite
• SQL, Python and Java
• Proficient with Office
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work  both independently and in team as well as to engage and interact with different stakeholders
• Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines
• Fluent in Italian and English

 

Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 35.000 gross and € 45.000 gross.

Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.

The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
