Account Assistant

Egypt , Cairo
Full-time

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented, hands-on professional to help grow selection on Amazon.sa, Amazon's marketplace in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Egypt and working closely with our team in Saudi Arabia, you will help Saudi sellers bring their offline selection online, quickly and to a high quality standard.
The Amazon Marketplace organization runs the Selling on Amazon business and builds solutions that let millions of Selling Partners around the world sell on Amazon. In this role you will support the launch and listing of new sellers for an assigned set of categories: turning seller catalogs into accurate, high-quality, discoverable listings that generate new business for sellers and a world-class experience for customers. You will use modern tools, including AI-assisted content generation, translation (Arabic/English) and quality checks, to work faster and at a higher standard than traditional methods allow.
Key responsibilities
•Manage an assigned portfolio of sellers and, with guidance from your manager, drive program adoption and selection growth.
•Onboard new sellers and selection to Amazon.sa end to end: collecting product data and images from sellers, creating and optimizing content, formatting data, validating barcodes and bringing offline selection online.
•Work remotely with Saudi sellers and with Riyadh-based account managers to remove listing blockers and shorten time to go live.
•Partner with business and technical teams to fix catalog defects and improve listing tools and processes.
•Identify selection gaps and new opportunities within your categories, and flag them to the team.
•Track and report your own productivity and quality metrics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of Excel
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales (1 to 3 years) or or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in e-commerce
- Knowledge of SQL
