APAC Regional Logistics Manager

DESCRIPTION:

Amazon's Global Transportation & Logistics (GTL) organization is seeking an innovative and process improvement-driven Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee the logistics execution of Tech Supply Chain across the APAC region. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of IT assets across multiple programs, defining and delivering global solutions that drive speed, scalability, and operational excellence for our RAD operations partners.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in supply chain and transportation environments, with a demonstrated track record of onboarding carrier and warehousing logistics providers, and managing suppliers and vendors through structured KPI frameworks and scorecards. You will lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, manage daily carrier relationships, drive step-change improvements in safety, quality, and cost, and collaborate with key operational experts across the company to influence new business initiatives. Basis the business need flexible to travel domestically 30%.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of developing diverse supplier strategies and executing on sourcing activities experience
- 3+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
