DESCRIPTION:

Business Analyst (APAC Operations) will lead high-impact projects across APAC, including Haul/FFO origin launches, topology optimization, cost-saving programs, and dashboard implementation. This role drives data-led decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and regional scalability to deliver annual savings and faster operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
Cost-Saving Initiatives: Identify and implement cost reductions through process optimization, resource reallocation, and data-driven insights.
Dashboard & Reporting: Design and deploy real-time operational dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., cost savings, launch timelines, topology efficiency).
Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage advanced analytics (SQL, Excel, BI tools) to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL or ETL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience working with Tableau
- Experience using very large datasets
