Business Developer, Amazon Global Logistics

China , Shanghai
Full-time

DESCRIPTION:

Amazon has spent years building one of the world's most efficient and optimized supply chains. Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) builds on that foundation with innovative distribution and end-to-end supply chain service for FBA sellers.

To accelerate seller adoption and drive growth across our international trading arcs, we are seeking a Business Developer to support the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for AGL's cross-border logistics products. The position will work within the AGL CN Business Development pillar, collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Data Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and convert them into actionable programs that drive booking volume and seller commitment.

As an analytical and execution-oriented individual, you will manage GTM project lifecycles from scoping through launch, conduct seller and market analysis to inform BD strategies, develop product diagnostic frameworks, and prepare business narratives for leadership reviews. You will closely collaborate with the BD lead and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, track program performance, and iterate on approaches that maximize seller acquisition and retention across AGL's product portfolio.

Key job responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of GTM initiatives for AGL cross-border logistics products, including project scoping, stakeholder alignment, timeline management, and performance tracking
Conduct seller and market analysis to identify business opportunities across trading arcs (US, EUK, JP), translating data insights into actionable BD strategies
Develop and maintain product-level diagnostic frameworks to assess performance gaps, inform prioritization, and support leadership decision-making
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with Product, Sales Operations, and Account Management teams to launch new programs and optimize existing offerings
Prepare business narratives and write documents (e.g., OP planning inputs, project intake proposals, performance reviews) in support of strategic planning cycles
Support the Weekly/Monthly Business Review process by surfacing BD-relevant insights, tracking action items, and driving closure on open questions
Manage seller engagement campaigns and enablement initiatives to drive adoption and commitment for AGL services
Represent the BD pillar in cross-team alignment sessions and contribute to the team's operational cadence (WK updates, retrospectives, knowledge sharing)
