We're seeking Team Lead for our Delivery Stations. In this role you will be responsible to expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management and driving the operational plan.

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model
2. Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management
3. Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence
4. Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality
5. Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans
6. Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality
7. Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability

Key job responsibilities
The Channel Team Lead - Hub Delivery will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) tasked with onboarding, and managing local retail partners in Amazon's Hub Delivery program. This is a leadership role that combines field execution with strategic vision, ensuring that ADEs achieve activation, and performance targets while maintaining Amazon's high delivery standards. The Channel Lead will serve as coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to succeed in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree
