Executive Assistant, Amazon Security -Specialized Business Security

DESCRIPTION:

Amazon Security is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing team. This EA role will support two Directors in our Specialized Business Security team.

You must be able to earn trust quickly, be resourceful, have high ownership, ability to effectively communicate across all levels and roles, be detail oriented and raise the bar on being organized. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives and C-Suite Offices inside and outside the company.

You must have a demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic as well as international travel, process expense reports, and act as a general liaison between team members and leadership.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

Key job responsibilities
- Serve as strategic partner to senior leadership, identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and drive operational excellence
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across time zones
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms
- Coordinate team activities including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and events
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with highest discretion
- Schedule and manage cost-effective domestic and international travel
- Attend key meetings, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up
- Create expense reports and manage budget tracking
- Partner with leaders to understand priorities and build processes to enhance team effectiveness
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with work space planning/management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
