Incentives & selection PM, Out of Country - Cross border LatAm

Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Cross Border into Latam team is responsible for international Sellers' success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Global businesses to join Latam.

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Incentives and Providers Manager to own the Service Provider Network program mechanisms and OOC incentives budget management for Brazil. In this role, you will build and maintain the operational cadence for SPN (metrics, reporting, WBR), manage the OOC incentives budget, and own incentive communication to China-based Account Managers and Service Providers.

Key job responsibilities
- SPN Program Mechanisms: Own the operational framework for the Service Provider Network, designing and maintaining metrics, scorecards, WBR slides, and business review cadences that drive provider accountability and performance visibility.
- OOC Incentives Budget Management: Manage the OOC incentives budget end-to-end, allocation, tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation, ensuring spend is optimized against seller activation and GMS targets.
- Incentive Communication to CN AMs/SPs: Own the communication strategy and execution for incentive programs targeting China-based Account Managers and Service Providers, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and adoption of promotional programs.
- Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (WBR, MBR) that track SPN health, incentive ROI, and program effectiveness.
- Program Design & Iteration: Analyze incentive program performance data to recommend improvements, adjusting mechanics, eligibility criteria, and payout structures based on results.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales, Finance, and CN teams to align incentive structures with business objectives and ensure budget compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Excel
