Inventory Planner Analyst, SC Topology & NW Strategy

Brazil , Sao Paulo
Full-time

DESCRIPTION:

We're on the lookout for the curious, those who think big and want to define the world of tomorrow. We are looking for an Inventory Planner to join our team in Brazil, supporting the management, consolidation, and analysis of large volumes of data and KPIs related to the company's warehouses. This role combines a strong analytical mindset with cross-functional collaboration, driving data-informed decisions that directly impact inventory operations, liquidation processes, and overall warehouse performance.
In this position, you will operate across two core strategic fronts that work in tandem to optimize our inventory network. First, you will lead the recovery of unsellable and slow-moving inventory through vendor returns and donation programs, identifying items that can be salvaged through these channels and managing their operational flow to accelerate exit from warehouses, reducing occupancy pressure and maximizing value recovery. Simultaneously, you will drive the forecasting and transfer of unsellable items across the fulfillment network, ensuring proper routing to warehouses and rapid inventory circulation while maintaining healthy occupancy levels through strategic placement decisions that support both operational efficiency and financial performance. Critical to both fronts is your ability to manage stakeholders effectively, coordinating with multiple teams across the supply chain organization to ensure alignment on priorities, drive execution, and maintain the operational momentum necessary for these programs to succeed.
At Amazon, we are working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need talented, bright, and driven people who are passionate about data and thrive in dynamic environments. You will play a key role in generating reports, building documentation, and providing actionable insights to support strategic forums and decision-making across the supply chain organization. If you are detail-oriented, love digging into data, enjoy partnering with diverse teams to solve complex problems, and are energized by managing multiple operational fronts simultaneously, this is the role for you.

Participate actively in business forums with cross-functional teams to communicate VRET/Donations programs demands, transfer execution status, and data-driven recommendations, ensuring alignment and driving operational momentum.
