DESCRIPTION:

Amazon is seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-obsessed Learning Business Partner to support our Global Operations Learning & Development initiatives in LATAM.

This role will support our Go-to-Market team, responsible for driving learning solutions that enable operational excellence across Brazilian operations. You will serve as a partner bridging the gap between operations leaders, HR, and product teams - helping to identify, develop, and implement effective learning solutions while ensuring continuous improvement and measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is a passionate customer and learner advocate who communicates clearly and concisely in a way that motivates others to action. You bring proven capabilities in managing projects, demonstrate attention to detail, and effectively manage competing priorities. You are a self-starter with a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to continuously improve the process of managing learning and talent development activities across Brazil operations.

Key job responsibilities
- Work with the central product function to conduct comprehensive learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across Brazil operations

- Translate business challenges into learning requirements and opportunities

- Partner with operations leaders to understand strategic priorities and align learning solutions accordingly

- Collaborate with product teams to communicate learning requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs

- Drive rapid deployment and acceleration of learning initiatives to meet business demands

- Lead end-to-end implementation of learning solutions across designated Brazilian sites

- Create and maintain execution roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of learning programs

- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of learning programs

- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive program adoption

- Maintain stakeholder communications to a high standard of clarity and professionalism, in both Portuguese and English

GOLD delivers onboarding, leadership development, and continuous learning experiences for frontline employees, leaders, and HR professionals - equipping them with the skills to drive operational excellence and meaningful employee interactions throughout the employee lifecycle.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in stakeholder and communication management
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
- experience in an HR Business Partner, Learning & Development, or people-related function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Learning Design Principles, Learning Science, Educational Psychology or a related field
- Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices
- Experience with AI tools or technology-enabled solutions to drive efficiency in planning, communications, or reporting
