Amazon's Global Stores (GS) provide customers access to Amazon's worldwide selection with a localized search and browse experience, convenient local payment options, end-to-end delivery solutions and access to native customer service on the local Amazon marketplace. GS simplifies the cross-border shopping process by clearing customs on the customer's behalf and by guaranteeing that the customer will not have to pay any additional duties and import fees beyond what is shown at checkout. RBS AGS team shares Global Store (GS)'s vision to empower customers to "Stay Local, Shop Global" with an objective to improve GS customer experience and maximize the revenue potential of GS ASINs by fixing cross-listing, Buyability, discoverability and detail page conversion defects at scale.
Key job responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager of RBS Cross Board CX, you will work as an expert to cooperate with various teams of Amazon and drive implementation of programs, to enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth. You will have chance to forecast, plan, implement and control the progress of programs and ensure successful delivery and achievement of goals.
This role will be responsible for Merchandising tasks including creating campaigns for events, automating E2E workflow by partnering with automation team members, and driving business impact on CTR.
Key Performance Areas:
- Own BU level goals and work with various teams to drive continuous improvement towards the goals
- Dive deep, find root causes and build solutions
- Eliminate defects through engaging with upstream teams for upstream solution update
- Consider scalability in solution building
- Be creative with new initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement
- Handling design, tracking, merchandising, improving and owning end to end responsibility for campaigns/initiatives.
- Tracking and analyzing customer needs based on customer behavior including searching, browsing and purchasing
- Formulating and executing the marketing plans. This includes on-site initiatives, on-ground initiatives, email and outbound programs, GTM for launches, cross-category placements, developing and executing Amazon site wide events etc.
- Identifying problems and opportunities and responding accordingly, engaging cross functional teams where necessary
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
- Experience in brand identity and voice development
- Experience creating brand marketing content
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
