This leader owns the strategy, delivery, and operational health of terrestrial network connectivity: site network architecture, Direct Connect / backbone integration, device fleet (routing, switching, encryption), and the automation that scales it across regions. They manage a team of network development and systems-development engineers, partner across ground, control-plane, and security organizations, and are accountable for the availability, security, and capacity of the terrestrial network that carries customer and command traffic.
