Amazon Brazil is looking for a Program Manager to own the end-to-end New Seller Recruitment (NSR) funnel and accelerate the BR Marketplace.
In this role, you will connect New Seller Launches to the drivers that convert into GMS: New Seller Success, Selection, FBA, Ads, and Discoverability. - Determine the need for deep dives and counter-actions when metrics deviate from plan, decomposing the funnel to isolate root cause (selection volume vs. discoverability vs. conversion vs. pricing).
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with SSR-M, DSR, Mentor, and SSR Marketing teams, aligning weekly on support needs, data integrity, and collaboration opportunities.
- Partner with BI on data validation, methodology consistency, and dashboard automation to ensure the weekly NSR read is accurate and timely.
