DESCRIPTION:

We're seeking a Team lead for Amazon Now Operations. Join a newly formed organization designing and launching innovative business models across MENA, where you'll lead operations for a service that redefines fast delivery.

As an Operations Lead, you'll build and scale a new service from the ground up, directly shaping how we serve our customers through strategic operational excellence.


Key job responsibilities
We're seeking a Team lead for Amazon Now Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations
- Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you
- Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
- Improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement
- Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the stores on a daily basis
- Stand-in for Area Manager

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma

- Experience in a logistics/operations environment
