DESCRIPTION:

The GSF Central Channel Team is responsible for building DSP capacity for GSF Last Mile (LM) and Quick Commerce (QC) business and Last Mile payments. The team collaborates closely with PMs, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to develop and execute channel strategy. Core ownership areas include new partner selection and onboarding for the GSF and QC business line, monthly partner payouts, annual price revisions, and compliance management for DSPs associated with Amazon's GSF and QC business.


Key job responsibilities
Operation Lead - Role Overview
The Operation Lead plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency and ensuring seamless partner operations across the network. Key responsibilities include:

1. Process Simplification - Streamline and optimize existing channel management processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce complexity.
2. DSP/Aggregator Communications - Lead structured and compliant communications with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Aggregators, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance guidelines.
3. Track and drive closure of VAS services - pending insurance enrollments and wage registers for Delivery Associates, coordinating with DSPs to ensure 100% DA coverage within defined timelines.
4. Publish periodic reports on regulatory compliance status across the GSF partner network, highlighting gaps, risks, and progress against targets.
5. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Finance, and the TRC team to align on compliance standards and resolve partner-level blockers

About the team
IN GSF Last Mile team supports three business lines: Amazon Fresh (including Ultra-Fast Fresh [UFF] and 3P Hybrid stores network, Sub Same Day, and Amazon Now (quick commerce). Amazon Fresh offers full basket service (daily essentials including Produce and Perishables) through UFF sites and 3P Hybrid retail partnerships. Sub Same Day specializes in local fulfillment via Same day delivery with 2 & 4-hour delivery windows. Amazon Now supports 10-25 minutes delivery of everyday essentials including groceries, electronics, OTC, and household consumables.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
