DESCRIPTION:
Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Amazon Leo is looking for a Program Manager, Launch Operations - Scheduler/Coordinator with proven ability to organize ambiguous projects into tactically executable schedules and plans for cross-functional teams. This role requires extreme level of detailed management, ability to create visuals and communications to upward leadership, scoping and creating project plans, improving processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to management and stakeholders on status, risks, and changes. Internal stakeholder communication is critical to ensure all members are aligned on expectations and strategic ownership of deliverables. This role will require exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high judgment when clear guidelines may not exist, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experienceThe base salary range for this position is listed below.
