Key job responsibilities
•Strategic Initiative Coordination: Lead cross-functional technical initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with priorities and on-time delivery.
•Executive Support & Decision-Making: Synthesize complex technical and business information to support leadership decisions; prepare briefing materials, facilitate strategic discussions, and drive follow-through on customer/executive engagements.
•Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships across the organization, acting as a bridge between technical teams and leadership to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
•Operational Excellence: Improve business rhythms and processes (e.g., goal reviews, QBRs, re:Invent demonstrations) to increase organizational efficiency.
•Operational Rhythm & Coordination: Participate in weekly leadership meetings to align priorities, coordinate business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs), and facilitate strategic planning using Amazon mechanisms (2-pagers, PR/FAQs, OP1/OP2 planning).
•Technical Program Leadership: Monitor large-scale technical programs, identify and resolve risks/blockers, and drive timely decisions to keep critical work moving forward.
•Innovation & Opportunity Development: Transform innovative ideas into executable plans by conducting analysis, gathering requirements, and creating frameworks to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
•Technical Escalation & Problem Resolution: Address critical technical issues, assess impact, coordinate resolution across teams, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout.
•Strategic Initiative Tracking: Use structured frameworks to monitor progress against goals, identify obstacles, and provide regular updates to leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
